We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Stationery Universe. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact us at tori@stationeryuniverse.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and work with you to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Special orders
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please reach out before initiating a return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original purchase. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the item you’d like.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements outlined above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of an error on our part.
During periods of unusually high order volume or event travel, return processing times may be slightly extended. If delays occur, we’ll communicate as clearly and promptly as possible.
