Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Stationery Universe! We take great care in packing and shipping each order so it arrives safely and ready to be enjoyed.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $8.95 on all U.S. orders
  • Shipping Carriers: Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS
  • Insurance: All shipments are insured for the full value of their contents

Every effort is made to ship orders containing in-stock items so they are delivered within seven (7) business days of purchase.

Please note that during periods of unusually high order volume or when we are traveling for pen shows and events, processing and delivery times may be extended. If delays occur, we will communicate updates as clearly and promptly as possible.

International Shipping

International shipping is available upon request.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received.
  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or U.S. federal holidays.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Stationery Universe is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at tori@stationeryuniverse.com as soon as possible. Because all shipments are insured, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
