Handcrafted in small batches by Alexander Jay at the Imperfect Concepts atelier in Los Angeles, each cover is carefully assembled from Italian vachetta leather imported from Florence and finished entirely by hand. Every detail reflects a deliberate approach to leatherwork, resulting in a notebook cover that feels as enduring as the notebooks it was created to protect.

Its clean A5 bifold silhouette is complemented by hand-set grommets at each corner of the front and back covers. They provide a subtle design signature while offering a place to attach a favorite journal charm. Inside, the cord system securely holds one or more notebooks or inserts, creating an elegant writing companion that feels equally at home on your desk or tucked into a favorite bag.
