Its interior cord system securely holds one or more notebooks or inserts, while the wraparound construction keeps everything organized and protected whether at your desk or on the go. Thoughtfully arranged without unnecessary complexity, the Sadie brings a sense of order to your writing practice while allowing the notebooks themselves to remain the focus.

Each cover is handcrafted in small batches at the Imperfect Concepts atelier in Los Angeles from Italian vachetta leather imported from Florence. Carefully assembled and finished by hand, every piece reflects an intentional approach to craftsmanship where quality is measured not only by appearance, but by the experience of living with it for years to come.

Designed to accompany countless pages, the Sadie becomes more familiar with every notebook it carries. Select finishes are further elevated with hand-painted details created by Alex, ensuring that no two covers are ever quite alike. Every cover is individually stamped with the Stationery Universe mark on the inside of the back cover.
