First Blossom Fountain Pen

The first blossom arrives, and everything begins again. 🌸

Created in collaboration with Hinze Pens, the First Blossom fountain pen is a reflection of that brief, luminous moment when spring first awakens.

Handcrafted from a custom material by Starry Night Resins, this pen is designed to capture the ephemeral beauty of fresh blossoms. Soft pinks and lilac hues drift through the resin, replete with shimmering silver and subtle rose gold sparkles that glint like petals catching the light. There’s a quiet movement to it — something that shifts gently as you turn it in your hand.

A sterling silver roll stop brings both function nature-inspired form, featuring a delicate grouping of three blossoms. Each has been antiqued by hand and given a custom patina to complement the tones of the resin, then sealed to preserve its finish over time.

The pen is built on the Hinze Erste model, featuring a gently beveled cap, excellent balance in the hand, and a slightly curved section designed for comfortable, extended writing. Each piece is carefully crafted, shaped, and polished to a soft, luminous glow.

Each First Blossom is fitted with a #6 steel JoWo nib in your choice of width. Custom plated in-house with fine rhodium, the nib carries a bright white silver finish with a subtle starlight shine. Perfectly coordinated with the roll stop, each nib is hand-tuned to ensure a smooth, pleasurable writing experience.

Limited to just 24 pieces, this is a fleeting moment made lasting; something to reach for now, and return to when spring feels far away.
