Lavender Nocturne begins with a custom resin hand-mixed by Elyce of Starry Night Resins to evoke the precise shades of lavender beneath a deepening nighttime sky. Deep violet, plum, lavender, and pale lilac-pink swirl through a material packed to brimming with sparkle, recalling the Milky Way shimmering overhead. Every turn of the pen reveals a new swirl of galaxy.

Created in collaboration with Hinze Pens, Lavender Nocturne takes the form of the Erste model, with a gently hourglass-shaped grip section that fits beautifully in the hand. The pen is exquisitely balanced for writing and polished to a mirror shine, revealing the remarkable depth of the resin from every angle.

A sterling silver sprig of lavender serves as the roll stop, custom plated in a bespoke pale pink-lilac hue developed especially for Lavender Nocturne. The same finish carries through to the coordinating #6 Jowo nib, available in your choice of point size. Each nib is individually tuned by Hinze Pens before it leaves the workshop.
