Warblers are among the smallest and most lively jewels of the songbird world. Their bright plumage, quick movements, and cheery songs make each sighting feel like a gift. On this card, a warbler pauses among open cherry blossoms, reaching up to sip from the flowers as spring unfolds around it.

For me, warbler migration marks one of the most anticipated rhythms of the year. Each spring and fall, I eagerly head to the woods to scan the trees for that sudden flicker of color. I have spent many happy hours on the trail with my binoculars, sometimes alongside my dad, sometimes alone, but always with the sense that when warblers are near, I am in good company.
